The Association is responsible for enforcing the BYLAWS. Common violations include:
- Leaving work trucks, boats and trailers in your driveway instead of storing them off-site
- Making architectural changes that are not allowed (aluminum / vinyl siding, sheds, impermissible styles of additions and decks)
- Failing to obtain the approval of the Architectural Committee before undertaking changes
- Having no exterior lights on for our neighborhood’s safety
- Failing to keep your yard presentable
