Welcome to Whispering Meadows! We are a friendly and beautiful neighborhood surrounded by nature and wildlife.
Owners must abide by all association rules, known as BYLAWS. These are in place to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of all residents. If you are thinking of buying into the neighborhood, you are encouraged to read through and become familiar with these rules. Board members are voted in and voluntarily enforce the rules set in the bylaws.
Annual association dues of $450 become due on January 1st every year but homeowners are granted a grace period allowing payment up to February 1st, without penalty. Dues are used to pay for the maintenance, repair and insurance of common areas and other association business. If you would like to know whether the current homeowner is current on all dues and assessments, please complete the following form.
Whispering Meadows is platted as a “site condominium” consisting of single-family homes that are individually owned, insured and maintained. The map below is based on the Oakland County Property Gateway that shows every separately deeded lot within the subdivision. Common areas are insured and maintained by the Association.
