Before starting any work, the BYLAWS require all homeowners to submit plans to the Architectural Committee for review and approval.
Please note, this is separate and apart from any permit that you might need from the township building department. Getting a permit from the township does not mean that you are approved to do what you are proposing to do. For example, above-ground pools are permissible according to the township, but are not allowed within Whispering Meadows due to the bylaws restrictions.
Please fill out the Architectural Committee review form below. We may contact you for more details, like drawings, inquire if it involves digging or building something new. If all you’re doing is repairing / replacing, we may simply ask about the materials being used to ensure they aren’t restricted by the bylaws.
